Three-phase Induction Motor is applied widely, because of its simple structure, low price and convenient vindicate advantages, and the performance of the aluminum rotor can affect the quality of the motor directly. The intellective diagnostic system can test and control strictly the quality of the aluminum rotor, and then improve the motor's quality.The thesis proceeding from the basic electromagnetic theory, analyzes the common faults and the reasons of the aluminum rotor, and on the basis of these reasons has a research on the fault symptom of the rotor broken state. According to the fault symptom of the rotor broken state, the paper chooses the method of the current spectrum analysis to analyze. The frequency of the fault symptom is closed to the power supply, and it is difficult to separate the fault component, so through comparing with the adaptive filtering, Park trans-vector and the extended Park trans-vector, the thesis selects extended Park vector method to analyze the stator current. And the method can see whether the rotor has faults from the waveform which can imply the more amplitude of the faults as increasing the number of the spline segment.Secondly, the paper has a research on the BP neural network system, the fuzzy neural networks system and the fuzzy neural networks expert system, and designs the expert diagnosis system at the basic of the fuzzy neural networks, which is an intelligent diagnosis method for determining aluminum rotor. This system can update the sample quickly, and have a low desire to the operator's technical ability.Thirdly, the thesis designs the hardware and the software of the system, selecting digital signal processor and single chip microcomputer dual processing structure. Collect three-phase stator current through the sensor, anlysize and dispose the current and diagnose, imply and save. The software contains the main program of the digital signal processor, the program of the signal collection and the program of the dual processing, and so on; at last. And design the testbench of the aluminum rotor which contains some machine sets, such as the basic framework, rotor clamp, and transmission band and so on.Lastly, the paper emulates the system to prove the feasibility of the system. Using the soft of Labview, estabilsh the TPIM model and the rotor fault model, and then simulate the correct rotor and fault rotor seperately, and compare the results. From the results, the quality of the rotor can be decided quickly and correctly, so the aluminum rotor intellective diagnostic system can be proved to be reasonable and feasible.
