Air conditioning system is the main factor of influence in building energy and building air conditioning load determine the energy consumption and building investment of air conditioning system.Firstly, the energy consumption status and load calculation method development are reviewed and analyzed. Choose a typical high-rise office building in Wuhan as research object, hourly variety rules on typical day of air conditioning load is explored. Simulation scheme of air conditioning load is determined by orthogonal test and the prominence of influencing factors on air conditioning load is discussed by intuition analysis method and variance analysis method. Combine with single factor method, the prominence factors influence of high-rise office building energy consumption are quantitative analyzed to find the regression curve of designed load and its influencing factors, and verify the relativity between the two.The characteristic and function of energy consumption software DeST is introduced. By this software, dynamic load of a building is simulated and energy saving design method of air conditioning system is discussed. Design day air conditioning load of the objective building calculated by harmonic method and DeST method is contrasted, then the energy saving capacity of the building is analyzed and feasible energy saving methods are proposed.The results of this paper provide reference for designers choose right design parameter of air conditioning in high-rise office building, hold the changing rules of design load and its calculation, and for economical, reliable and energy saving design of maintenance structure and air conditioning system. What's more, the results provide basis for the establish of building energy saving criterion, rule of law in different district, and promote the carrying out of public building energy saving design criterion of Wuhan.
