Continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) is a kind of concrete pavement in which the longitudinal reinforcing steel is continuously throughout its length and has no intermediate transverse-expansion or contraction joints.Longer service life, better riding quality, less maintenance work and so on. It has widely used for arterial of highway and airport pavement in advanced countries such as the United States and European countries. The application and correlative study about CRCP is relatively late in our country. Some preliminary work has also been done in our country, but the theoretical study and construction technique is not perfect. The paper systematically studied the problems of transverse cracking, end movements and construction technique on the base of actual construction of CRCP experiment road.This article depends on the Guizhou Province transportation department technological project《The research of the constructs key technologies on the continuously refinorced concrete pavement》, carried out three dimensional finite element analyses with the consideration transverse crack. In the critical load position analysis ,carried out the compose of two critical load positions and five different loads positions. The two critical load positions are found out under the different length of transverse crack spacing一the central part in longitudinal joint and in the transverse crack of one side. Through a great deal of calculation for different load position, analysis of parameters, the relation of crack spacing and steel percentage is studied, and then analyzed CRCP with the purposes of proper design for slab thickness.In the Thermal stress analysis, the equilibrium differential equations are established for the analysis of the thermal stress in CRCP. Infers the Analytic solution conclusion of the Continuously reinforced concrete pavement. Then do the Contrastive analysis with the Finite element solution. Considered the influence of the different anchorage condition to the temperature stress and provided the mature theory basis for the CRCP Thermal stress analysis.In the crack analysis, established the crack computation model and the balanced differential equation, given the crack determination criterion. Lacks in view of the former research to the various parameters crosswise comparison, this article uses the relative comparison the method, through contrastive analysis, compared with different physical quantity various parameters to crosswise dehiscence influence sensitivity. Unified the fundamental research and the experimental road research, proposed the consideration crack factor's thickness of slab design method, given the design standard flow and the design variable suggestion value. This design method can be used in the project practice.
