Based the research on rive port in Three Gorge reservoir and the cace of Naxigou port, taking adavantage of the finite-dynamic simulation methed, collision model between ship and frame-pier wharf has been established by non-linear analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. In order to simulate the interaction among the ship,the frame-pier wharf and the rubber fender more realistic, the cushioning effect and energy absorption of rubber fender has been taken into consideration in this model. It was analysed the dynamic response of structure under different influence factors such as velocity, tonnage, collision angle and impact location. The global and joints stress distribution characteristics of structure have been analysed too. The dynamic reliability of structure under different work condition has been calculated by Monte Carlo method. The influence degree of various factors has been analyzed. The main conclusions as fallows:(1) The collision force distribution and value are mainly effected by the collision velocity , collision angle and tonnage of ship. The faster velocity and greater collision angle, the bigger impact force. The most significant affecting factor is ship velocity, followed is collision angle, and then is tonnage. The influence of collision angle is very complicated. Calculating the impact force ,it is very important to determinate reasonable collision angle according to local flow state and ship condition. The collision position has little effect to impact force.(2) The movement and deformation of the frame-pier wharf appeared short-time continuous state in the whole collision process. The structrue firstly appeared space torsional deformation, then the displacement slowly changed to the diagonal direction, at last the structure made space vibration.(3) In the process of ship collision, the stress distribution of joints showed upper part tension and lower part compression. The maximum stress node located the lowest column. This column was under tension and compression as well as distorsion. Column is the critical control point in the whole structure.(4) The dynamic reliability analysis results indicate that the structural raliability decrease with the increasing of velocity and tonnage and the rising of the collision location.
