| In the arch bridges, the flat arch bridge which the rise-span ratio is smaller, which mechanics behavior has the girder bridge tendency, causing this kind of arch bridge reinforcement more difficult, the conventional arch bridge reinforcement technology cannot achieves the ideal effect. The paper mainly aimed at this kind of bridge, in view of the fact that the high cost of the present elastic support structures, complicate construction process and the prestress is hard to control, proposed the self-released prestressed elastic support reinforcement technology. Its purpose is to through the elastic support and the original structure together function, reducing the internal force of the main arch ring when the live load is on, improving force capacity.From influence of temperature, steel fatigue and the shrinkage and creep of arch bridge concrete, the paper analyzed the mechanical properties and technical principle of the elastic support structures, lay the basis theory for the reinforcement technology. The reinforcement design theory described detail structures and improvement measures of the support structures, and analyzed construction measures and attention points, which made great contribution for the support structure construction. The study carried on the test of the elastic support reinforcement arch model, which proposed the relation formula of support structure prestress and deformation value and provided the test evidence for construction control technology. The successful case of the reinforcement technology verified the validity and the applicability of the elastic support reinforcement technology. Finally, according to simulating the mechanics characteristic of the girder bridges, the paper proposed the implementation conception of the elastic support reinforcement technology used the girder bridges.The paper research provided one method of reinforcing the small rise-span ratio bridge. The studying team proposed this kind of prestressed elastic support structure creatively, solved coordinated distortion question between the new structure and the old ingeniously, and has guaranteed the effective joint between the new structure and the old. The development and application of the self-released prestressed elastic support reinforcement technology, which is important for the marketization and industrialization of this structures, has great reference function to the same kind of reinforcement engineering. |
