With the rapid development of the national economy, the contradiction between energy supplies and demands is more and more prominent. Twenty-first century is critical period to China's socialist modernization, and also the development of China's oil industry. The tension of energy supply is difficult to radically alleviate in the short term. Therefore, the excessive energy consumption and production costs increase will be an important factor to restrict the development of oil companies. Oilfield distribution network is the energy-hungry field itself. It is become increasingly important to scientific test and analysis technology, greatly improve the efficiency of power grid, reduce power consumption, fully tap the potential capacity of power transmission equipment and make up the energy shortages.This paper mainly studies the optimization of distribution networks, calculate and optimize the transmission line path and loss using the principles and methods of distribution network. Using of object-oriented systems theory and prototype method, develop the optimization decision support system. First, research the correlative technologies and regulations, and analysis the methods and constraint condition of distribution networks. Taking the Daqing oil field two plant as example, research the theory and calculation, including the consisting of energy consumption, the energy conservation technology of water injection system and on-load tap changer. Study the principle and basic thought of designing the network decision support system. According to the characteristics of oil distribution, the gravity model method is used into the network optimization. Finally, according to the related theoretical, designs and develops the optimization decision support system, and introduces the structure and function of the system. It is an effective tool for oilfield network to improve the accuracy and timeliness of decision-making, lower consumption and saving energy provides.
