Because of its significant energy-saving performance and flexible operation mode, a lot of CNC machine tools are widely used the technology. But the price of converter is too expensive to be popularized and the popularization and application. For this reason, it is worthy of research that how to bring down its price at the time of enhancing its capability.To resolve this problem, the design of electric spindle inverter drive system based on AT89S52 as the core, SPWM controller SA4828 and the IGBT switching device FGA25N120ANTD. The system is cost-effective, simple operation and flexible control. It has important reference value to the research of the other three-phase inverter drive systems.This system can put a fixed frequency of two-phase alternating current converted into the frequency and voltage all can be adjusted for a three-phase AC drive spindle, which mainly include AC-DC conversion circuit, inverter circuit, control circuit and protection circuit. Such a system provides the AC rectified and filtered into DC by the AC-DC conversion circuit, and then reverse into the three-phase alternating current to drive spindle under the action of the control circuit. Control circuit includes SPWM signal generation circuit, driver circuit and DC power supply. In this paper, it researches the application of the SPWM signal generation chip SA4828, the waveform generation circuit and the control program are simple and easy to implement. At the same time it studies the IGBT driving circuit IR2130 and designs a stable, reliable drive circuit. DC power supply is mainly provide constant voltage power supply for control circuit, driver circuit and a variety of protection circuits and allows the system to work properly. In order to design a credible and steady system, the function of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and overload protection is designed in the paper. The system design and implement the basic and auxiliary functions of inverter.The system is controled by U/F controlling mode and sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) controlling technology, furthermore it has many operating and protecting function. At the same time, it is extremely convenient to modify the parameters or change the operation mode due to the interface which indirectly reduce the system cost, the adoption of the new integrated components and sophisticated control algorithms, making the entire system development cycle is short, low cost and high reliability. |
