Switched Reluctance Driver (SRD) is a new type of speed control system developed in the middle 80s of 20th Century. The relative position of the rotor and the stator is the determinant which determine the phase windings on or off. At present, photoelectric switches and Hall sensors are used to detect the position angle widely. Position sensor degraded the performance of SRM in various advantages, so sensorless position estimation has been a issue rearched hotly. In this paper, the problem of sensorless position estimation of SRM and mechanic equations parameter identification has been studied and discussed. The work mainly contains several aspects as follows:1. Summary and introduction. Made a summary for the sensorless rotor position detect based on the the basic system and theory of SRM; State their merits and drawbacks clearly;2. Raised the Reference-Flux Linkage method. It is a method that called Reference-Flux Linkage raised up;Presented its basic ideas and process of its raising. It is depth analysised theoretical and demonstrated for its feasibility. The problem of the SRM's start, low-speed and high-speed situations are discussed.3. Simulation and verification. Bulid the Reference-Flux curve model using fuzzy neural network in Matlab/Simulink. Improved the SRD system model in Simulink which can be used to simulate the 12/8 pole SRM, and added the flux data of real motor to it; When the SRM model runing,it output the Reference-Flux and the actual flux real-timely, compared the two, by doing this get the position infomation in their relations; Achieve synchronous sampling of the flux and online estimation of the winding resistance; Choose the different Reference-Flux for simulation and research the affects and difference between them;4. Online Training and Simulation. Simulation of the online training enhanced the precision of Reference-Flux model, so that to improved the accuracy of position angle;5. Identification of mechanic equation. Observe the average torque of each chopper period; It is used that the Recursive Least Squares method to achieve the parameter identification of mechanic equation based on the average torque and the rotational speed gained by the sensorless position estimation method; The dynamic parameters obtained while the motor running reflect the real-time movement features. It can be used for the torque control.6. Summary and outlook the research of this thesis. Summary the research of this article, including the lack of reference flux method and the application of dynamic parameters result from the online identification of mechanic equation; Outlook the trend of the research followed up;...
