At present, the brushless DC motor(BLDCM) for BDCM with both the good features, but also has the characteristic frequency AC motor, in today's market demand is growing, expanding the use range. At the same time, users of the system control performance has also been requested. Therefore, the need for a servo control system to satisfy the user BLDCM of wide speed range, anti- interference performance requirements.For highly integrated, real-time, and multi-tasking operation, etc, embedded systems in the electronics and hardware and software technology is widely used. 32-bit ARM processor is cheap, powerful, and the simple development.Taking into account the above factors, the design use ARM(S3C44B0X) as the core processors, for embedded system development and expansion of peripheral equipment, design a set the servo control of who based on BLDCM as the research object. Hardware includes:ARM peripheral circuit design (power supply circuit, the serial communication circuit, JTAG interface circuit, etc.), three-phase full-bridge inverter drive circuit and the detection circuit (current detection and Position detection). Software include:servo control system software design, transplant real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱto ARM(S3C44B0X), the system initialization, system interruption process, motor control signal generation and control strategies section. In order to improve moter speed and anti-interference performance under different environment, the paper improves control algorithm based on the engineering design method. So this design use current, speed double closed loop auto fuzzy PI control algorithm as motor control strategy. Using MATLAB simulation and make the results of its analysis.
