Steel welding is one of the main connection ways in modern building, but in a complex environment, weld can also exist corrosion phenomenon. In this paper, the connection properties of steel welding after corrosion and the effect of the localized corrosion on connection properties are studied, it can reveal the potential danger of in-service steel structure and provide a theoretical basis for the repair and reinforcement of in-service steel structure.In this paper, uncoated steel is researched, fillet welding specimens are obtained by manual weld, and butt welding specimens are obtained by machine. In order to obtain corrosion steel welding specimens, two methods are used, one is the strengthening media method, the other is the method of constant temperature and humidity in a box. In contrast with the corrosion specimens in nature, it found that the method of constant temperature and humidity has the character of acceleration,fitness and recurrence etc,so this method can meet the requirements of fast indoor corrosion.The depth of localized corrosion, the shape of localized corrosion, the number of localized corrosion etc. all have great randomicity. In this paper, microscope is used to test the depth of localized corrosion, and the depth of corrosion pit, the surface corrosion damage ratio are used to dscribe the surface characterization.In this paper, the relationship between the yield strength and corrosion rate, the ultimate strength and corrosion rate, elongation radio and corrosion rate are studied by the tensile test of welding connection.the relationship between the depth of corrosion pit and corrosion rate, the surface corrosion damage ratio and corrosion rate, the connection properties and t the depth of corrosion pit, the connection properties and the surface corrosion damage ratio are obtained.The theoretical analysis of the localized corrosion effect on connection properties in this paper provides a theoretical basis for further research... |
