In recent decades, high-rise and super high-rise building structure is rapidly developing, there are more complex structural system.with the increase of layers, the structure also under a lot of vertical and horizontal load, vertical load, though important, but the horizontal load becomes the controlling factor, in order to meet the structural requirements of lateral force, multi-use reinforced concrete core wall as the main lateral force resisting members, Domestic and foreign scholars on the reinforced concrete core wall relative lack of experimental and theoretical study, numerical simulation is used to analysis the mechanical and seismic behavior of reinforced concrete core wall structure.In this paper, nonlinear analysis program CANNY is used to analysis the reinforced concrete shear walls and the core walls. based on the fiber model, study the structure Mechanical Properties under the monotonic load,cyclic loading and seismic load, consider different factors, such as height-width rato,axial load rato,the cross ratio of beam,the reinforcement ratio of wall,steel ratio of boundary element,structure quality and damping ratio on the seismic performance, it can be show that the nonlinear test simulation of reinforced concrete coupled shear walls witch carry out by Lv Xilin, Verify the reliability of the program and the accuracy of the fiber model; then Li Junlan test of the reinforced concrete core walls was simulated in the low cycle cyclic loading, the simulated hysteresis loop is consistent with the experiment shows, it means that simulation is better; through structural cracks until the destruction of the yield, indicating the destruction of the structure is parallel to the loading direction from the upper beams start up to the wall for cracks or damage; structure under the influence of various factors, show some variation. Finally, a set of reinforced concrete core wall model was designed, analysis of the force and seismic performance under the basic intensity of 7 degrees and rare intensity, results show that the model is not seriously damaged under this intensity; From the perspective of energy dissipation, the wall take main part of total energy consumption, the capability of energy consumption is rapidly decrease after beam destroy; The quality and the damping ratio analysis results show that weight of the experiment model is very important in time-history analysis and need to be furter study, damping ratio and damping properties of the type have a great influence on the seismic behavior.
