In order to meet flexibility, rapidity, simplicity of control requirements, technology and industry at home and abroad over the years has been working on a variety of new micro motor.Among them, the ultrasonic motor using the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, the material of the micro-deformation and friction coupling through the resonant amplification into macroscopic movement rotor or slider.As a direct drive motor 80 from the 20th century, since the favor of researchers world-wide, has become the field of electrical and mechanical control of a hotspot.The authors analyze the mechanism of ultrasonic motor is running, the establishment of traveling wave type ultrasonic stator surface, the formation of particle elliptic trajectory of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor mathematical model. Then the control system design. This ultrasonic motor is designed with the following basic control system functions:(1) two-way drive continuous signal phase 0-180°adjustable; (2) two-way drive signal negative regulator, to change the steering; (3) 20kHz-100 kHz frequency output is adjustable; (4) ultrasonic motor as a result of driving capacitive loads the object, so to achieve impedance matching;(5) with the switching function tests and actual operation; (6) with the work of state settings, parameter settings, control settings, parameter display, waveform tracking;In this paper, combined with existing ultrasonic motor voltage, frequency modulation, phase modulation control method, based on a combination of PID and fuzzy control of the control strategy.Fuzzy control system as there are some steady-state error, there is a control blind; PID control to control the object's change adaptation is not strong, Guben design based on digital signal processors used (DSP) for multi-mode control strategy, the scope of large deviations in fuzzy control, within a small deviation is converted to PI D control, both the conversion by the DSP based on a predefined threshold to achieve bias. And self-tuning fuzzy control rules (automatic optimization).Simulation results show that the designed control system can be a good ultrasonic testing ultrasonic motor speed-torque, speed-current speed-efficiency and speed-frequency, speed-phase characteristics, this motor control strategy for the determination of ultrasonic and ultrasonic power research and development, and promote the use of ultrasonic motor has a positive meaning.
