The Study On Operational Optimization And Analysis Evaluation Of CCHP System

As one kind of total energy system, CCHP system is on the basis of energy cascade utilization, it can improve energy utilization efficiency, at the same time, has a good economy and energy saving property. But economy and energy saving property of system to a great extent have a great association with the rationality of operational optimization. According to changes in external load, adjust operation scheme of system reasonably, we could obtain economic benefit and energy saving benefit furthest.Firstly, this paper introduced the basic concept and configuration models of CCHP system, to determine the research object of this paper. It reviewed achievements and application status of CCHP system at home and abroad. According to the basic integrated modeling theory and idea of CCHP system, considered many factors which impact operational optimization of the system synthetically to establish the equipment model and multi-period optimization model basing on different optimization goals of CCHP system, it will lay the foundation for solving operational optimization model.Relying on a specific project cases of the petrochemical industry, it calculated and analyzed heat, cold and electrical load demands of the project cases, saved the multi-period optimization model which regards exergy efficiency and operation costs as the objective function respectively, gave the specific system operation optimization scheme which used two different models, then compared two different optimization results to analysis their respective advantages. Considered economic benefit and energy saving benefit of optimization results basing on different objective function synthetically, selected preferentially multi-period optimization model which was suitable for settling optimization of enterprise CCHP system, . to provide a theory reference for scheduling and making operation scheme of enterprise CCHP system.Finally, it carried out a sensitivity analysis about the economy of CCHP system, demonstrated respectively effect of the system operation costs caused by changes of fuel price, electricity price and fuel heating value in the entire period, description the change law of system operation costs with changes of different factors more vividly by drawing the corresponding curves. Based on thermo economics principle, regarded the primary energy rate and the equivalent thermodynamic coefficient of refrigerator as evaluation index, analyzed the CCHP system and conventional CHP system with cold sub-production contrastively, evaluated and demonstrated the energy saving property of the CCHP system operation optimization scheme in the paper.
