Plenty of in-service pressure piping is widely used in industry and the defects are of great difference which is a threat to frequent accidents of in-service pressure piping. Therefore, it is important to make safety assessment and stress analysis of pressure Pipes containing defects in order to insure the safe operation of Pressure PIPes. The security situation of the pipe depends on the organic integration of material, defects and stress. Pipe stress analysis must be carried out in order to accurately determine the stress where the defect locates, which is one of the key in piping safety assessment. The most effective and accurate method of the pipe stress analysis is to use computer software to analyze the establishment of the pipeing model to solve.Traditional methods of The piping defect assessment are of heavy workload, higher cost,complex to assessed and difficult to promote.To this end, develop a stress analysis and safety assessment system of pressure piping containing defects has important engineering applications on the safety assessment of the in-service pressure piping containing defects. To make assessment work has become more convenient, accurate and reliable.According to software engineering approach, we carried out a lot of analysis, programming,debugging, and developed the safety assessment system software of in-service pressure piping which provides a powerful tool to safety assessment of in-service pressure piping containing defects. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Assessment specifications of domestic and international pressure piping containing defects were summarized and introduced;(2) The situation and trends of the piping stress analysis were introduced;(3) Describes the necessary basic knowledge and related standards of the pressure piping stress analysis and safety assessment of defects;(4) The software development process and the program modules were explained;(5) The program was examined and verified by engineering case.the program running stable and reliable.(6) The program creatively combined piping stress analysis with safety assessment of defects, which provides a powerful tool.for engineering applications and research experiment...
