The power grid dispatching automation platform will be coexisting with many operating systems in the future,for example, the Windows,Linux and Unix operating system. One of the inevitable developing directions of the power network fault restoration system is that the system is compatible with multiple operating systems. The text introduces a method that designs the server system with totally target-oriented C++figure interface application program with frame Qt which steps the platform. Based on the existing regional power system intelligent dispatching decision support system, the core processes of the fault restoration system is transplanted and optimized from VC6.0 to Qt in this paper, which achieves cross-platform capability of the fault restoration system. The Fault restoration system can be running in the Windows,Linux,Unix and many other operating systems stably, and can be interfaced smoothly with varieties of power grid dispatching automation platforms. The text optimizes the procedure of the network topology. When the switching action causes the network topology changing, no re-analysis of the entire network should be done.We can only do local the network topology and amendment in this method to speed up the running.
