Research on spacecraft frequency conversion regenerative heat pump system with inverter compressor to replace conventional compressor, by changing the frequency of the compressor means to change the speed of the compressor so the compressor cooling capacity and heat flux or evaporation, condensation conditions change to achieve the best match. Meanwhile force the liquid refrigerant before throttling and refrigerant vapor before compressor suction to heat exchange, makes the liquid cooling, steam overheating. In the shadow of the spacecraft's orbital period, the radiator temperature will be reduced, frequency conversion heat pump to meet the same thermal load cases, the power required to pay can be reduced. Therefore, the frequency conversion heat pump has the advantages of energy saving, high coefficient of performance, and has broad prospects for development.In this paper, the method of simulation was used to analysis the frequency conversion heat pump system's operating characteristics, and focus research on the frequency conversion heat pump evaporator unit, full consideration to the characteristics of evaporator unit width capacity, the work of many conditions features, mainly the following studies:1.To establish thermodynamic analysis model of frequency conversion heat pump system. For the design of the inverter heat pump system, with VB as the programming platform, a model of steady-state system was established as a heat pump system operating frequency characteristics of the platform.2.Thermodynamic simulation and analysis of the system. Study the impact of heat pump working fluid, operating conditions change, system structure on optimization of the system coefficient of performance and quality of thermal control system. Heat pump system of regulation and disturbance, research system in the regulation and disturbance, the system changes of the various thermal parameters, and carried out detailed analysis, to master the operation of the frequency conversion heat pump system operating characteristics, control strategies and methods of analysis and development to establish a basis.
