In recent years, with the rapid development of high-rise building, long and large diameter bored piles which have a characteristic of high bearing capacity in engineering are widely used. However, the load transfer mechanism of this pile is still not perfect, so far, there isn't practicable and unified method. The current standard mainly establishes at the aim of short intermediate pile, the design method of the long and large diameter bored piles is less targeted and its applicability is not wide. So, the research of this thesis has important theoretical and practical value.Based on many scholars' researches at home and abroad, this thesis researched the development of high-rise building pile foundation and its current status, summarized the characteristics of super-long piles and improvement rule of pile foundation by post-grouting technology. Carry out a systemic experiment on test piles at Hebei Kaiyuan Global Center foundation project, analyze the bearing capacity of sign pile according to the data of test piles in Kaiyuan Global center, Finally, the thesis discussed on optimal design of the super-long and large-diameter pile.After the detailed analysis, for the long pile, the pile should take the appropriate diameter to give full play of the length of piles. According to the field tests, it can point that when the load in the pile top increase, the side resistance play prior to the bottom resistance, side resistance and end resistance is still not sufficient used, the bottom bearing-capacity is still potential. By the numerical simulation analysis, as pile and pile cap work together, the pile groups have the dish-settlement and dish stress distribution, which is very bad for the upper level structure, and should be avoided, The combined function overall analysis way is to be thought as the best way and developing trend to optimum design.
