Power driver devices have more and more widely application in the industry and daily life. With the development of AC drive technology, people pay more and more attention on it. But, three phases AC asynchronous based driver devices are also bring reactive power problem, reactive power not only affect the power qualification of grid, but also increase the transmission loss, and other unfavorable influences. To resolve this problem, this thesis take dual stator winding as study object, proposed a secondly winding full excitation control strategy to solve the problems reactive power brought. The main contents are as follow:Firstly, electromagnetic relations and electro-mechanical energy conversion mechanism were discussed when the dual stator winding were under no-load running and load state, then indicated the core problem of realize secondly winding full excitation control system when motor under no-load and load running and also indicated the future research direction for the thesis. Extract the excite component the torque part by using vector control is a necessary choice. Through space vector analysis method, we transform Reference frame transformation from 3phases static ABC reference frame to static D-Q reference frame and then to rotating d-q reference frame, a mathematic model for the dual stator winding machine was obtained under rotating d-q reference. Two rotor flux orientation methods were proposed, and after analyzing the influence come from the fail of flux orientation. A proper flux orientation method was selected. An equivalent model for dual stator winding motor under rotating d-q reference was obtained based the rotor flux orientation. A secondly winding full excitation control strategy of power winding get power from grid directly and secondly winding get power from voltage source inverter(VSI) was proposed based on rotor flux orientation; a matlab simulation model was established, the computer simulation was carried out. Simulation results proved the validity of the control strategy under the operation of grid voltage change.Since under no-load state the dual stator winding motor was similar with the transformer,use transformer to prove the control system is feasible. Come up with a single phase transformer full excitation system with secondly winding. Hysteretic current controllable voltage source inverter technology and single phase clamping buffer technology used in the system were introduced; the power circuit and control circuit were designed. The experiment system was established, the experiment data proved the veracity of the control strategy.
