| Dry apparent density less than 1 950 kg·m-3 is considered to lightweight aggregate concrete (LC). It's made up with light coarse aggregate, light sand (or ordinary sand), gelled material and water. LC has many excellent characteristics of low apparent density, high strength, heat preservation and insulation, fireproof, high earthquake resistance and etc. while mineral additive and admixture are added in LC, it has broad application prospect in structural building, such as high-storied building and large-spanned bridges.Firstly, the basic performance of Lytag is detected, and the state of water absorption is emphatically analyzed with changes of time, which provides dates for studying the performance of LC.Secondly, various factors which affect the performance of HPLC are studied and technical properties of HPLC40 are established. The performance laws are established when the amount of double-mixture with flies ash and mineral powder is different, and then mechanism is analyzed; shrinkage properties and failure form of LC are studied at the same time. Finally, cement, fly ash, mineral powder and water-binder ratio which influence on strength of LC are studied. By using multiple linear regression analysis method, the formula which is used to predict 28d compressive strength of LC is established and Bowromi formula is perfected. They are used to provide the reference for system configuration and application of HPLC. |
