One of the direction of DC/DC power source develops to high-power capacities is the parallel technology. Current-sharing control technology is used to achieve a number of power modules operating in parallel, not only can flexible portfolio of power system capacity to meet the power requirements of a variety of load, but also decrease current stress with the parallel module of the current, so that the power system have higher performance and reliability.This paper analysis the development of DC/DC converter parallel technology, according to the characteristics of Push-Pull Forward DC/DC converter, a DC/DC converter parallel system based on improved automatic current-sharing method is designed. Dynamic performance of the system was improved by adding the inner current loop and appose the voltage loop and current-sharing loop. The designation of parameters for the push-pull forward parallel module was given in this paper, the control circuit based on improved automatic current-sharing method with SG3525 was also designed. Finally, with three 1 kW 60V/400V push-pull forward power modules, a 3 kW parallel experiment platform was build.Experimental results verified the improvement of the improved automatic current-sharing method, showed the correctness of theoretical analysis and the feasibility of system solutions. The error of current sharing is below 5% which attains the requirement.
