Since the reform and opening up the country's demand for real estate has been increased, and the real estate-related industries has also been rapid development, including the Foundation Pit of Geotechnical Engineering. Foundation Pit should be created by the rise of urban development. With the density of city buildings become increasing, underground space has been taken up by underground garage, underground tunnels, underground pipelines and other underground facilities. This gives risks and challenges to foundation engineering construction, and needs to be more advanced, innovative and reliable technology to protected, which also requires a new scientific foundation pit technique.In many of the foundation pit supporting method, the soil nailing wall supporting technology with the simple and convenient construction method, high safety, low cost, short construction period, low noise, little pollution, and so easy to control operation, has been widely used in lots of Foundation Pit supporting projects.Based on the engineering example, how to use soil nailing design parameters was explained, which in the good control of the construction costs while making the design more reasonable and secure. Although the soil nailing design process is not so complicated, which can be calculated by hand in accordance with specifications, the analysis of overall stability is less efficient. Despite the use of existing commercial calculation software calculations has differences, but can be plot automatically with high efficiency and less error-prone intermediate calculations.As can be seen from the design process, the length of soil nails have larger body ,and in order to meet the requirements ,soil nail hole grouting have larger diameter, and only when the soil conditions were better can meet the displacement requirements when only use soil nailing. By comparison with other engineering programs, we found that combining the soil nailing with the pre-stressed anchor can greatly enhance the safety factor, and can reduce the project cost.The safety and economy of the existing soil nailing wall design theory will be discussed, and should use information technology vigorously in construction.
