The Research Of Wulituo Community Morphology In The Context Of Post-industrial

Since post-industrial era, city functional distribution of Beijing has changed dramatically. As "Culture and Recreation District", Shijingshan District meets the opportunity of changing its space pattern. The Wulituo ecological constructed district discussed in this issue is one of important programs in Shijingshan District recently. In this paper, with the background of post-industrial era and using the planning and designing theory in smart growth theory, the space pattern of Wulintuo Community in Shijingshan was analyzed and researched. The research results are expected to have reference value for the ecological construction in Wulituo Community.Compared to single functional districts in industrial era, culture, leisure, ecology and energy are theses of district planning in post-industrial era. The change of district space pattern generated from these theses is the key point of this issue. The research contents are developed from the following four aspects:First, discriminations of research background and basic concepts were illustrated as well as relative theories all over the world. Research methods and basic frames were confirmed. On the base of era background research, the effects of post-industrial era to district space pattern and the developing trend of district planning theories in this era was put forward. On the base of defining basic concepts, the exact research range of "district" and "pattern" in this issue were illuminated. On the base of analyzing worldwide district planning theories in the post-industrial background, the suitability and reference of smart growth theory in Wulintuo District space pattern research were discussed.Second, main factors influencing Wulintuo District pattern were analyzed. With practical surveys in Wulintuo District. The effects of many factors such as the social and economical states, geological environment characters, present traffic system, public service facilities and cultural resources on the space pattern in this district were discussed.Third, conceptual plans of Wulituo were illustrated. Referring to planning theories in smart growth theory, planning structure of "One center, three areas" in Wulituo District, traffic system leading by public traffic and other planning theories were mentioned and discussed one by one. Forth, the programming and planning of eastern Qianshan resident area based on smart growth theory. Using the mixed using of land theory, the compact and suitable to walk theory, the showing local unique feature theory, and so on, space pattern in eastern Qianshan resident area was discussed deeply. This is the innovation point in this paper, which is using smart growth theory in hilly resident areas.
