At present, during the results of the track circuit test technology research, portable track circuit parameters tester is an effective tool in detecting compensation capacitor fault, but it has low efficiency, heavy workload and other limitations in the detection of faults. To solved the main limitations of the portable railway detecting instrument, on the basis of the track circuit test technology study, this paper designed on-board Acquisition and Analyzing System of Track Circuit, the system mainly used computer technology, digital signal processing technology and GPS positioning technology. System accomplished the following work.Firstly, complete the design of hardware platform, mainly including the design and selection of data acquisition cards which based on USB interface, GPS receivers and other hardware parts, as well as conversion between different interfaces, it is mainly used for collection of track circuit signal data and GPS data. A number of anti-jamming measures are used in the design process that greatly enhanced the stability of the work of the hardware platform.Secondly, this paper developed the upper application by using multi-threading technology, it improved the efficiency of the software system; and in order to location data it designed a unique data format to save the capture file. Using deductive reasoning method, it do some digital signal processing include filtering, smoothing and so on, you can get a precise useful signal data set which prepared for later analysis, and it laid the foundation of the accuracy of the analysis results.Finally, this paper effectively analysis the resulting data set of the previous procedures by using the signal analysis algorithm and successfully got the parameters of track circuit signal. These parameters mainly were the work states of the compensation capacitor, and this paper can locate the track circuit signal at the same time, so this paper do the railway maintenance effectively according to analysis results of the test sections.Through the actual measurement signal data analysis results of Longhai railway line showed that the system has high stability, can effectively track circuit signal detection, improve the efficiency of compensation capacitor fault detection, faster and more accurate manner find fault capacitance, increase maintenance efficiency, have some practical value, has good prospects for development.
