The construction of urban infrastructure construction boom to land tremendous pressures and challenges, and the projects have more and more constraints conditions. This requires a new design and construction technology to solve engineering problems, and adapt to the complex conditions. Tubular anchor soil nailing technology as a new supporting technology is emerging and developed in recent years, which used to solve difficult issues brought about by traditional soil nailing wall construction in the complex formation. Tubular anchor soil nailing technique using the driven Steel Pipe by pneumatic hammer instead of the traditional nail, and through the steel flower tube grouting to make grout infiltration around a range of soil in with the soil forming composite increases solid to reinforce slopes and control deformation.This article describes the construction process of tubular anchor soil nail wall, the production method of Tubular anchor, construction considerations, construction materials and the major mechanical equipment and quality control measures. Tubular anchor soil nailing wall and the traditional soil nailing in the construction process on the most important difference is that the former had to construct tubular anchor. Soil disturbance and destruction around the tubular anchor which is driven by pneumatic hammer is simulated by ANSYS software. Simulation analysis shows that the tubular anchor construction management role on the soil mainly in the compaction and remodeling from tapered end facing, and the range of stress and displacement on radial direction is greater than what of that on axial direction, and also that most of the impact of driven tubular anchor process is being tapered end shoving soil around.The contractive Analysis on force characteristics of tubular anchor and the overall stability of soil nail wall was gone along by the method of the SLOPE/W and SIGMA/W software simulation combined with field measurement. The results show that the force characteristics of tubular anchor is similar to the traditional soil nail ,and the deformation characteristics of nailing wall is basically the same; stations terrace in slope can unload and achieve stress redistribution, and conducive to the overall stability of the slope; tubular anchor soil nailing wall have high deformation control capability, a small amount of foundation displacement and settlement and a good pit slope stability.Tubular anchor soil nailing wall has high formation adaptability, short construction period, significant economic benefits and broad promoting and use prospects. Based on the analysis and conclusion on support characteristics of tubular anchor soil nailing wall, some suggestions for the design and construction for reference were put forward.
