The Construction Technology Study Of The Prestressed Concrete T Beam Structure

The article research and summed up the construction method of the 100m of the prestressed concrete T beam structure construction program and construction technology based on the construction of the 2nd Wangjiawan bridge of Taiyuan-Zhongwei Railway (Yinchuan), for Construction of the same type of the bridge beam reference.In this paper, the project overview, construction conditions, the general construction program was introduced, and then the T conformation beam No. 0 blocks, pouring cantilever beam segment, in-situ section of the construction methods, construction technology and other key technology areas have been studied, last bridge linear control technology, safety and quality assurance measures, etc. are described.Through the study, to determine a set of advanced, mature and reliable construction technique of structure of prestressed concrete T beam Cantilever method, to construct a set of standardization process of the best quality, efficiency and effectiveness. The process is reliable and can be implemented, and reach to guarantee safety, quality, schedule, reduce costs, improve work efficiency by the construction of the 2nd Wangjiawan bridge of Taiyuan-Zhongwei Railway (Yinchuan). Results of their research provide a practical reference for the program of construction of such T beam structure.
