The Study Of A Small Thermoelectric DCS

The control system of DCS perform much more in electric power, machinery, petroleum and chemical industry, it is a system of the automatical level in modern large-scale production systems, the continued progress and process monitoring requirements are arising from the increasingly complex integrated control systems. This paper introduces a new DCS system architecture, which is based on CAN bus, that a new control system. According to a new DCS system requirements and characteristics of the boiler system for small thermoelectric research, using AVR microcontroller family Atmegal6 produced as the main controller intelligent CAN node. And design of the temperature sensor and output circuit simulation of thermoelectric boiler heating process. Based on the PC, on-site bus realizes the intelligent control and information gathering to CAN node.This paper has paid attention to the software and hardware design of DCS control system in detail,and the embedded distributing control field bus systems also have been studied.
