| All wheel hubs, in some degree, have the quality problems of the uneven mass distribution and the wheel geometrical center does not coincide with mass center. That's namely, wheel unbalance. According to the laws of force mechanics, unbalanced wheels, in the case of high-speed rotation will produce radial force, causing the car running with vibration and affected abnornal speed, discomfort, unflatness. If there's excessive unbalance, severe damages may be done to cars, and even traffic accidents would happen. Wheel Dynamic Balancing has a great influence on Wheel life and the safety, stability and comfort of car driving; consequently the design of the wheel balancing machine is valuable in application view.This paper presents a high-precision, adaptive wheel balancing machine. It's based on the use of industrial computer and vertical hard-bearing dynamic balancing techniques, and has the advantages of precise, fast, easy-operational measurement. This article first analyze the customer's requirements and the actual technical development of the current realities of balancing machine, according the requirements of test accuracy and test time limitation, it need to be comprehensively analyzed, what's the influence of mechanical bearing balancing machines, electrical drives, signal processing and extraction module to the overall performance and themselves to each other. Then it's ready to identify the mechanical calibration model, the hardware devices, signal processing and extraction algorithms, operating software, the four core design content and design principles. This is also the order of arrangement of the contents of this article.Unbalance reduction rate (URR), as the most important design goal, represents a balancing machine's test accuracy. It requires balancing machine's good design of, good mechanical plane separation structure, accurate mathematical model and calibration method, and also the signal processing unit must be able to efficiently filter out noise signals and accurately extract the key parameters of the signal. This paper labors a design which uses vertical hard bearing dynamic balancing based on the mechanical structure of parity separation, and to study the algorithms of high-precision vector-based multiple linear regression calibration model. This paper analyzes how the hardware configuration effect the length of balancing time, and detailed at the final stages proportion and optimization of time estimated in the every stages of balancing.Dynamic balancing software which is developed under Industrial PC is able to provide user-friendly touch-control and graphical display interface. In the meanwhile database support and development is easily accomplished. In this paper, a simple demonstration is given about the operation of balance test software. |
