Stage acoustics is very important to both the audience and the performers. Nowadays, more and more auditoriums are equipped with reinforcement, but their stage acoustics is usually bad. There should be an objective standard to evaluate speakers' sound field on stage with reinforcement, as a basis for design and debugging monitor feedback. In this work, the research on stage acoustics to present is reviewed first. Based on the analysis of both the properties of sound field on stage with reinforcement and the speakers' preferences, the "Gain of Feedback" (G_f) is defined as a parameter, consulting the ST parameter, to evaluate the speakers' sound field, as well as the "Delay of Feedback" parameter.By performing three sessions of subjective experiments, the effectiveness of these two parameters is certified. The initial optimum value range is obtained for design and debugging monitor feedback practice as reference: for G_f it is -12.6~-6.5dB and for "Delay of Feedback" it is 16~21 ms.
