Relativing to the mechanical deployable antenna, inflatable antenna has the merits of light weight, folding small size, low cost and high reliability so as to become the research hotspot in antenna in recent years. The work of the state of the antenna surface accuracy form the structure of the antenna is the most important indicator of a direct impact on the electrical properties and the use of the antenna. This paper systematically studied the production, precision adjustment and measurement methods of inflatable antennas.First, on the basis of domestic and foreign paper the author summarizes the advantages of inflatable structures and inflatable structure of the status quo at home and abroad.Lists the inflatable antenna forming theory and cutting theories, use software to calculate the antenna surface and cutting of the original film, and then design the pasting and cutting templates, on this basis, produced 3.2-meter antenna prototype , noted production process and described in detail to ensure that the antenna be tightness and accuracy.Designed a removable octagonal border, which is designed double-plane to increase border stiffness and in-plane adjustable support for the significant increase in in-plane stiffness, the measured vertical border state of deformation is less than 2mm . On the Borders, design for electrical performance test feed bearing, the bearing can be adjust by 3D to make that the focal length can feed to the antenna position.Designed the horizontal and vertical adjustment devices on the border, and axial adjustment device on the antenna cables,to ensure the ability to easily adjust the antenna boundary points of the elevation difference, angles, and cable tension force. The accuracy of the antenna adjustment method has been studied, compared and select a more reasonable approach.Expounded the principle of photogrammetry to compare two different measurement methods, measured the accuracy of the antenna in and around the coordinates of control points, adjusted the corresponding device, so that they achieved the intended location of control points, allowed the antenna to achieve the best accuracy. Analyzed the experimental results and put forward some measures that could be improved, leaving the antenna has a certain degree of increased accuracy.
