Most of our time is spent indoors. Along with the economic development and social progress, the human civilization level has being continuously improved, and the modern patterns of life and work have changed dramatically, people stay in the indoor environment increasingly longer then ever before, about the day's 80 % ~ 90 % above. Therefore, the quality of the indoor environment is not only related to people's physical and mental health, which has also affected people's work efficiency and productivity of society as a whole, so to create a comfortable indoor environment is essential. In this paper, author has analyzed the factors which impact the interior comfort. General has taken into account various factors, determined the main contents of the interior comfort evaluation.Researched on the methods to apply the Principal Component Analysis theory in the indoor comfort evaluation, the Multivariable process control theory has been applied to the evaluation of the indoor comfort, set up a scientific and objective indoor comfort evaluation index system, gave the methods of the index's calculation.Design a set of ultra-low power distributed intelligent interior comfort evaluation apparatus. In the experiment of evaluate a laboratory's indoor comfort, the instrument can achieve data collection, synthesis and decoupling operations, and received reasonable and reliable evaluation results. The experimental results show that multivariate statistical analysis methods used in the evaluation of indoor comfort has a higher credibility.
