Coriolis Mass Flowmeter (CMF) is widely used in many various industrial fields due to their following advantages: measuring the mass flow rate directly, high measurement accuracy, and measuring density of fluids at the same time, etc. The conventional CMF adopt the signal processing method based on analog circuits (based on counters), which have many shortcomings. Several companies and research institutions put in a lot of manpower and resources to study digital signal processing methods and systems. So we use digital signal processing methods to deal with the signals of CMF.The purpose of this paper is to develop a new generation and top-level digital CMF with high performance and accuracy. This paper does research for the digital signal processing algorithm of CMF mainly in three aspects: digital signal fitter design,frequency measurement and phase difference measurement. Following the requirement of the singal process ,we have posted a novel singal process algorithm,and designed hardware circuit and software module.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1,Reference to domestic and foreign patents and related literature,in-depth study of the existing coriolis flowmeter signal process algorithms.Throw the simulation of various algorithms ,the analysis of the simulation results ,have depthly understanded of the CMF signal process algorithm design requirements;2,According to the CMF signal process algorithm design requirement, designed a novel algorithm which is satisfied in the capability of real-time and accuracy,and easy to realization.this research work have published paper in Chinese core journals《Acta Metrologica Sinica》;3,Based on the novel signal process algorithm ,designed the related hardware circuit.Have finished the circuit schematic diagram and PCB layout;4,Finished the hardware debugging, have finished written driver of DSP chip and VHDL program of FPGA.
