The indoor heating increases along with the increasing area of the internal house building and the extensive using of the radiant floor heating system, the DN25 heating pipelines are more and more widely used in the modern houses. In this case it is urgently to research and open out the new heat-meter with DN25. To the rotary wing heat meter, the main influence factors are the temperature and the flux. On the base of possessing accurate temperature sensors, this paper studies the performance of the DN25 basic meter in order to improve the precision of the flux sensors.Methods mainly adopted in this text include: theory analysis, numerical simulation and experiment. Based on the existing numerical simulation experience, value simulation is made to the heat meter with the hydro-mechanical software. First this paper studies the performance of the DN25 column form heat-meter, and analyzes the influences of the up and down clearance , the right and left clearance and also the diameter of the basic meter to the meter's performance, it is found that the above measures can effectively reduce the pressure losing, finally this paper optimizes the column form heat-meter basing on the above analyses; Secondly this paper studies the performance of the new circle dais DN25 heat-meter basing on the reconstructive DN25 column form heat-meter, and analyzes the influences of the hatch figure, the splitter on the chamber, and the bottom rib to the performance of the new circle dais basic meter, it is found that logical hatch is echelon, the splitter trough can lead the current flowing well, the splitter hanging in the air and reducing the bottom rib can effectively reduce the pressure losing, changing the angle of the bottom rib can influence the stability of the heat meter, finally this paper designs a new circle dais DN25 heat-meter guiding by the above analyses; In the end this paper studies the performance of the DN25 circle dais basic meter and the reconstructive DN25 column form meter to validate the correctness of the method by the experiments, and primarily studies the performance of the circle dais basic meter, also the influence of the basic meter form is studied by comparing the results of the numerical simulation and the experiment, it is found that the circle dais meter has better stability. The methods of this paper are right and the results are exact ,this paper gives the optimizing project of the column form meter and the devising project of the circle dais meter with DN25. This study is quite valuable to the internal heat meter industry and has quite a lot of developmental foreground.
