| Q450NQR1 high-intensity weathering steel is a new kind of steel to meet the request of high-speed, heavy load rail vehicles. In order to enhance high-intensity weathering steel lorry manufacturing quality and ensure safe and reliable operation, stamping and welding performance research in the process of high-strength weathering steel Q450NQR1 lorry manufacturers is very necessary.It has great practical significance and production value .Stamping and welding performance of Q450NQR1 high-intensity weathering steel is studied through punching shears technology,plate flattening,bending performance, typical sample processability,cold crack sensitivity,hot crack sensitivity and HAZ organizations tests and so on. The results show that:Different thickness of high-intensity weathering steel plate Q450NQR1 shear and blanking section quality is equal to 09 CuPCrNi-A sheet.By the 90-degree bending Q450NQR1 high-intensity weathering steel plate relative bend radius is greater than 09 CuPCrNi-A sheet.Q450NQR1 high-intensity weathering steel plate has high-yield,high-deformation,confectioning rebound,large forming rebound, poor paste mode. In the 5% NaCl and Na2SO4 solution ,atmosphere corrosion-resistant of Q450NQR1 is better than the 09 CUPCrNi. With S-8018 electrode and TH550-NQ-A wire welding Q450NQR1 ,its welded joints has a good tension, bending and impact properties; organizations of weld metal mainly is needle ferrite and a small number of proeutectoid ferrite.Columnar crystal grains get smaller and first eutectoid ferrite relatively get higher proportion with smaller energy input.Overheating area organizations are granular bainite, and organizations of not fully normalizing zone and normalizing zone both are ferrite + pearlite.The study will provide a theoretical basis for stamping process and the welding process of Q450NQR1 high-intensity weathering steel lorry and provide ideas and direction for the future use of higher yield dead-hard steel in lorry. |
