Piston is one of the key components of modern naval vessel power. To ease the internal stress focus and prolong the piston's life, it's often designed to be non-circle piston pin-hole at the present time. So it's very valuable in economy and military significance that ameliorating the Pin-hole NC Machining System ,to be more accurate and steadier.Based on the Non-Circle Pin-hole NC Boring System of half closed-loop control, my research got the feedback signal from the boring bar directly, with the Electric Eddy Current's characteristics and the theory of non-contact measurement. It eliminated the mismachining tolerance, caused by actuating mechanism of the processing system and external disturbance, with changing the control system from half closed-loop to closed-loop. It's the prerequisite of the closed-loop control that to get closed-loop feedback signal usefully and analyse it.At first the dissertation introduced the origin and background of the research, and enumerated the present research productions inland and overseas, to determine the content and purpose of research. And then it confirmed the general planning to get the closed-loop feedback signal on practical situation, as the shortage of half closed-loop control system. The dissertation expounded the principle of measuring amount of radial feed with two-point method, which was approved to be practicable and accurate in detail at the same time. It designed the device to get the closed-loop feedback signal and the software to analyse it. The practicability and exactitude of the the principle of measuring with two-point method were verified with the analyse of the experimental data in the dissertation. Then it's possible that the NC Machining System of High-speed Boring got to be closed-loop control with the closed-loop feedback signal. |
