Energy is a foundation of the national development and it is the vitals of the national economy. Energy saving has become the focus of the people's attention in today's increasingly tight energy. People constantly explore and research how to fully and efficiently use energy, save energy, developing and utilizing the new energy of environmental protection and sustainable, in order to achieve the sustainable development of society.As we know, the oil is very important to the national economy. At present, the dragging system of the beam pumping unit is a main sort of oil extraction with rod and it is used widely in our nation's oil field. However, it has been a lot of very serious problems, such as inefficient, large energy consumption, and light-load. Therefore, improving the exploitation efficiency, reducing the exploitation cost,which are the exigent problems in the course of exploiting oil.The system of variable frequency variable voltage(VVVF) and energy feedback for the induction motor of the beam pumping unit is designed in this paper for the series of problems in beam unit dragging system and it contain the technology of SVPWM and sine-wave microdivision. The configuration of the dual-CPU is adopted this system, the digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and the power devices IGBT are the core of the control system, the hardware and software of the VVVF and energy feedback system are designed and carried out a simulation and experimental studies.The system is composed of two parts hardware and software. Hardware contain the main circuit, the control circuit and DSP is its core, the drive circuit and protection circuit for IGBT and display circuit and so on. Software is programmed by C language, and the writing and debugging process of the software program of the functions of the VVVF and energy feedback system are completed, such as control function, protection function, display function and so on.Finally, we studied that the simulation and experimental for the VVVF and energy feedback control system.The results show that the design of induction motor unit with VVVF and energy feedback system has better speed performance in this dissertation, at the same time achieve low harmonic components of energy feedback, improved the efficiency of the pumping unit drive system and it has an important significance in saving energy and reducing consumption today.
