Ozone, as a strong oxidizer, more and more commonly used in Biomedicine, Food processing, Breeding industry, Chemical production, Air Cleaning, and Water-treatment. When its concentration was too high in use, not only increased equipment cost, but also had harmful effect on human health. When its concentration was too low in use, it could not reach the satisfied result. So in order to get sterilization and not harm to peple's health, it's necessary to control strictly ozone concentration in many case. One is laboratory analysis after sampling, firstly, enviroment air is sampled, then is analyzed by chemical method. The other is method of automatic monitor . Concentration of ozone is tested by ozone's automatic. But in the process of detecting ozone concentration after disinfecting, the disadvantages of above method is check period long, complicated, large volume, inconvenient. So this paper focuses on design of easy testing method, small volume light weight, low power, high intelligence, has certain practical meaning.On the design of hardware, firstly, in order to extracte signal of ozone concentration, the ozone sensor was selected carefully. Secondly, in order to ensure that sensor can work reliably, potentiostat circuit was mainly designed. At the same time,in order to meet the requirement of A/D converter of detection precision, this paper dsign circuit of signal condition. Lastly, in order to achieve system's functions, a hardware platform was established, it took LPC2210 as center.On the design of software, in order to increase the intelligent degree of the system. And in order to reduce the power consumption, the running time of cpu is minimized. When instrument was free for a period, a part of peripheral devices were automatically closed. In the operation aspect, the turn-on function of operating in a key was designed. While the circuit of smart power management was designed, and battery's lifetime may be extended.
