Biomass energy reserves is huge, biomass energy is also renewable and clean. It is very important to relax the increasingly flinty energy and environment problems. Biomass pyrolysis is one important way of the biomass utilization. The influence factors of the pyrolysis are attracting more and more attention, Among these factors, as the inportant contents of the Alkali and Alkaline Earth Metals effects the pyrolysis of biomass very much. Biosmass contains AAEM mainly in two forms. It si necessary to research the detailed effection in the biomass pyrolysis of each forms.First of all, The thesis provides an overview of researches on the existing forms of AAEM, summarizes the researches of the AAEM release form the biomass pyrolysis, and then sums up the the present researches of the influence of the AAEM in biomass pyrolysis. Second, two typical biomass were chosen to be prepaerd according to the correlational standards. The basic characteristicsof two samples were measured in the lab. then washed the samples by vitriol. Finally the samples were immersed in different forms and kinds AAEM salts solution. Such conclusions can be obtained feom the experiment results, That the elements content of the samples immersed in organic salts solution were less than tha of the inorganic salts. Another results is tha 5% KAc solution made the samples saturated in Potassium.The experiments carried out on the TG analyzer indicated that all the AAEM constituted the biomass could lower the activation energy of biomass in pyrolysis. The inorganic metal salts' influnce the pyrolysis characteristics more than the organic metal salts. The inorganic form Ca in biomass can promote the formation of the char in the pyrolysis, The inorganic salts of Mg bring the main losing extent of the straw ahead very much, it changes the shape of the main losing apex. The results of the flash pyrolysis experiments show that all the AAEM constituted the biomass could restrain the formation of tar in biomass pyrolysis. The reduction of tar was transformmed to char by the AAEM of inorganic forms while the AAEM of organic forms changed most part of the reducuion into gas. |
