PM and NOx are the main pollutants in diesel engines. How to reduce the composition of the two exhaust gas to the stateâ…£emission levels is difficult and research hot spots in diesel technology area today.This issue is based on the practical, further enhance the level of the engine PM emissions of the state III diesel engine, and self-study SCR after-treatment system matching. The improved after-treatment systems control strategies improves the match between the engine and the after treatment system. In order to reduce pollution emissions from vehicles, domestic manufacturers with independent intellectual property rights of the clean diesel engines, author achieves a great deal of research and development work.In this paper, the SCR technology was chosen to carry out the following specific studies:1,First of all, the topics necessary to the existing models stateâ…¢Yuchai machine structure and the emission level of research, choose the most suitable for the stateâ…£emission models.2,Engine test bench was selected to develop the performance of the engine, so that the engine of this machine to reach the stateâ…£PM emissions.
