Chinese phase IV emissions regulations will be executed at 2010, there are difference ways to meet the regulations, and it have close relationship with different application .The main research in this thesis is listed as follows:1,The results which analyzed on the current emission control technology, is the basis of how to choose it.2,According to characteristics of the Chinese light-duty diesel engine emission regulation and China's national conditions, selected suitable emission solutions for Chinese phase IV standard.3,According to the technical characteristics investigation of the Chinese phase III base engine– YC4FB, a lot of upgrade works to be done.4,Used AVL-Boost and AVL-Fire CAE analysis tools to simulate engine performance and intake and exhaust systems, and give some solutions to optimization the uniformity of EGR rate.5,Used AVL-Cruise to simulate the SUV vehicle emissions at the drive cycle, find out 14 typical engine running points, which can be more accurately represent the emission levels of vehicle.6,The engine dynometer test results show that, YC4FB can meet the Chinese phase IV emissions regulations.In this thesis, can provide Chinese light-duty diesel engine development as a reference. |
