| Generally speaking,There are two kinds of calculation of damage stability. One is probabilistic damage stability, and the other is certain damage stability. These two calculation methods as general design check of the new building ship test have been developed to a mature stage. As for time-domain study of relevant research about the roll motion of the damaged ship are frozen at the initial stage.This paper is based on the classic damage stability theory ,the theory of roll motion, and a variety of hydrodynamic coefficients study ,and complish the numerical simulation of the damaged ship roll motion. This paper has developed a time-domain computation of stability of the damaged ship by Fortran programming language, which would simulate the process of the water flooding into the compartment, and the floating position of the damaged ship from the beginning of the flooding to the final station. It has proved the reasonableness of calculated results and the universal numerical of simulation by using the result of NAPA software as well as the summary of the various parameters. At the same time, this program can be applied to different type, different working conditions of the damage stability calculation by the adoption of clear, comprehensive input-output system.Based on this simulation, this paper has analyzed the impact of some parameters on the rolling motion of the damaged ship, and summed up the rule and made the regressing curve., in order to supply the assessment of damage stability during the sailing process and theoretical support for ship design. |
