This paper introduces the development of brushless DC motor and its tendency. By analyzing the basic work principles and mathematical models of Brushless DC motor, establish brushless DC motor's dynamic simulation model based on Simulink. By analyzing rotor position detection algorithm, the corresponding relationship of flux linkage and rotor position of the sensorless brushless DC motor, this paper uses a algorithm of flux relation function to judge rotor position. Establishes the algorithm model based on Simulink to simulate verification. The results From the simulation shows this detection algorithm is feasible.This paper analyzes the reason of the torque ripple, and compensates commutation torque ripple. Current hysteresis compensation being used in low speed. Single chopper modulation compensation has been used in high-speed. By analyzing the method of three-section starting and rotor position detection algorithm being used in this paper, this paper uses two steps to start the start-up mode. By simulation analysis, it is feasible. Analyzed the classical PID algorithm and expert PID regulation algorithm. According to the problems of traditional PID control, the variable parameter PID algorithm is applied to sensorless brushless DC motor control in this paper. By establishing a simulation model on the basis simulink, carried out simulation analysis. From the results of simulation analysis, it's control performance is superior to traditional PID regulation algorithm.This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of TMS320LF2407A chip and IR2130 power integrated driver. With TMS320LF2407A being central chip designed control system in the system design of hardware. This paper designed power drive circuit,current and voltage detection circuit, starting current limiting circuit, power transistor overvoltage protection circuit, and Speed regulation circuit.In system software design, mainly realized the motor's start-stop, Calculation of rotor position, speed calculation and speed closed-loop control functions. DSP has been used to achieve pulse modulation output and signal sampling.
