| The safe problem of engineering involves the very wide, wherein the engineering construction often influences the nearby buildings, resulting in the problems of disturbing residents or even becoming the primacord of "residents interference". In Sichuan province, while the water conservancy and power electric construction, the superhighway construction and the mineral mountain mines are booming, the influences of various vibration under construction upon the peripheral buildings are often neglected.It is often after the appearance of engneering construction block phenomenon because of the "disturbing residents" problems during the construction that the related administrative and functional sections aware the must of controlling the construction vibration interferences with a scientific attitude. Then they appoint the professional technical personnel to carry out the vibration monitoring, examining the scope and degree of the damage to the periphery buildings and analyzing the root of the problems in order to put forward the safety control measure and make a reasonable indemnification to the damaged. In just a few years, it is found that a lot of engineering projects encountered the previously mentioned problems. Therefore it becomes necessary to search for means and standards for controlling the dangerous and harmful factors in construction and to improve the related working means.In this thesis, based on the investigation and evidence collection of the damaged buildings or on the data analysis of the real-time vibration monitoring such as the Panzhihua xujiagou mineral mining vibration influence monitoring, the Guangba superhighway house damage inquisition and the Wenchuan section of the Wendu highway house damage inquisition, a relatively integral set of safe allowable implementation standard has been put forward in summing up the propagation discipline of the engineering vibration wave and the motive respond of residents' houses. The proposed standard can be used to guide similar engineering projects to implement safely, rapidly and in proper order. The results indicate that the quantitative analysis of safety assessment to the buildings influenced by the engineering construction vibrations are feasible. |
