Nowadays, many countries pay attention to the Stereochemistry and multi functions of the transportation net, in order to make the best use of traffic facilities on the premise of resource-constrained, and meet the rapid expansion transportation needs in natural disaster and war times. Highway runway's significance is the characteristics of combination of peacetime and wartime. It used as common road at peacetime, the essence of the runway is that it can rapidly change reserve condition into use condition. Because the characteristic of highway runway consist of the characteristic of road and runway, so every parameters should be considered synthetically. This paper is based on the subject of the parameter study that highway adapt to the rising and landing of airplane, with studying of many related research work publication, using comparative analysis and numerical simulation methods, research the parameter that highway adapt to the rising and landing of airplane systematically. The analysis method of control parameters that adapt to runway is summed up. Based on the code requirement, this paper puts forward the clearance and geometric parameters of the new and reconstruction highway runway. This paper use finite element program EverFE, analyse the conditions of the typical cement pavement structure stress response and displacement change and the variation regulation of the pavement structure under the airplane loading effect. This paper also use special program Bisar, analyse the conditions of the typical asphalt pavement structure stress response and displacement change regulation under the airplane loading effect. The conclusion of this article can provide references for the construction of the highway runway.
