Because of the good structural performance in construction process and using process,the box girder structure is more and more used in continuous rigid frame bridge and continuous bridge.Along with the promotion,the box girder is becoming more and more wider.In the top deck of wide box girder always set lateral prestressing tendon.Because of it,the analysis about lateral force of box girder is becoming more and more important.The primary of the analysis include the lateral force in the top deck of box girder and the lateral force of the diaphragm beam on the pier.The paper is based on a continuous beam bridge.In this paper,solid finite element model of box girder segment(with closure segment)is established with large finite element software Ansys.The analysis find out the stress distribution in the load condition of concrete shrinkage and lateral prestressing force.It also find out the stress distribution of the closure segment in the load condition of lateral prestressing force,and compare to the result of simplified computation.The paper established solid finite element model of the diaphragm beam on the pier. Based on the calculation,find out the stress distribution difference among the load of dead load> live load and lateral prestressed,and compare to the result of simplified computation.According to the analysises,the writer find out the stress distribution in the top deck of box girder with construction by stages and in the diaphragm beam on the pier. It may be useful in the improvement of the lateral prestress strectching and in the simplified design and calculation of diaphragm beam.
