| In recent year, the external thermal insulation system has developed rapidly in the traditional heating area in North China due to its advantages. The researching difficulty of the external thermal insulation system is the effective setup of temperature field after the long-term hydrothermal circulation and the freezing-melting circulation, the determination of the region under the effect of thermal stress and the deformation and the crack caused by thermal stress. Therefore, this paper aims to make the thermal coupling analysis on the thermal insulation system through ANSYS, calculate the value and the deformation of the stress and get the rule, thus playing a guiding role for the actual engineering.This paper has mainly made the following researches:1. To make the thermal structure analysis on the external thermal insulated composed wall system and the plastering mortar layer through the software of ANSYS, set up the wall model with 3D spans respectively of 3m, 6m and 9m and without cave and the wall model with cave, six kinds of models in total.2. Adopt the temperature loads of two working conditions to make the calculation to the six kinds of models: one is to assume that the air conditioner is used in the room at a certain place on a certain day, keeping the constant temperature of 20℃,the outdoor temperature falls from 35℃to -20℃and the surface temperature of the external door drops by 55℃; The other is to assume that the air conditioner is used in the room at a certain place on a certain day, keeping the constant temperature of 20℃,the outdoor temperature rises from -20℃to 35℃and the surface temperature of the external door rises by 55℃. Then get the distribution rules of resultant displacement, shear stress and equivalent stress and get the positions where cracks easily generate on the six kinds of models of mortar. |
