A Control Method Research On The Pavement Construction Quality Of Lubei-Huolinguole Grade Ⅰ Road

This paper combines the road situation of National Road 304 LuHuo Grade I road, combining indoor and outdoor experiments, having a research on the road construction quality control..Through the interdisciplinary research on civil engineering and mechanical engineering, this paper makes the road base construction quality control methods to enhance construction quality.First the present situation and environment of LuHuo Grade I road are investigated. Then the traffic and road conditions are investigated. An analysis of the climatic conditions of LuHuo Grade I road is made after that, in order to determine the mechanical construction of pavement base and provide a basis of construction quality control measures.In the analysis and comparison of various surface characteristics of the pavement base, the paper has a research on the mix proportion of the pavement base. The paper uses vibration molding machine to simulate the compaction of vibration roller, and to identify a mixture of maximum dry density and optimum water content. Paper analyzed the working principle and characteristics of vibration molding methods. The paper combines with the analysis and testing of the material properties, put forward a reasonable mix proportion, in order to improve the quality of road pavement base construction.In the analysis and comparison of different construction techniques of the pavement base, according to mechanization construction requirements of the pavement base, the paper has a research on the selection and matching of pavement base construction. From the perspective of the use of machinery, the paper put forward the introduction of the construction quality control.Combining with the geographical characteristics of the desert area,the paper has a beneficial discussion on the mechanical using.The paper has a key research on the mechanical construction quality control of the pavement base of LuHuo Grade I road. Combining with the hole construction process of construction techniques, the paper put torwards construction quality control measures of material's quality,the detection of the road bed and dressing, mixing and transporting of the mixture, paving and compaction of the mixture.The paper also puts forward a reasonable suggestion at the cross and vertical cracks after paving. At last the paper analyzes the construction quality control of the test section's paving , and gives a imprived countermeasures for the defects.
