The 5A-E25P electronic control engine shortcoming simulating system of Toyota VIOS is based on the item of SVTCC<>(number:2006-0802-11). We reference Toyota T-TEP item's material, use the wasted steel of lab to produce scaffoldings, paint them ourselves, and buy electronic units and wirings in vehicle fitting markets. We incorporate AT89S51 single chip shortcoming simulating system to perform reappearing function of malfunctions. This article keys on the comprehensive plan, making of the poster board and the redesigning oft malfunctions. AT89S51 single chip shortcoming simulating system is the base of this research. It can achieve the result of simulating the malfunctions of the sensors, actuator, electronic control unit and wirings during different engine work conditions through the input of keyboard, especially the simulating of signal losing and output departure. This system is based on a true car. The wiring and units are clear. It incorporates digital voltmeters, vacuum gauges and oil/fuel pressure gauges to lay out the affecting of malfunctions to the engine. We adopt principle pictures of electronic control system and set holes in every units. The teacher can set faults by these holes and the students can check the voltage values of these units through the holes and determine the performances of these units avoiding frequently inserting to damage these units.Creation: this system combines the AT89S51 single chip with the 5A-E25P EFI engine control system into a unit to release the delivery of dates between the single chip and engine. It can cut off the input of engine sensors, control engine working conditions based upon the simulating malfunctions. This research is very advanced.
