Combined with the Study of Evaluate Method and Standard for Concrete Beam Bridge, which is the 4th special subject of the project "A Study of Damage Assessment and Safety Reliability Evaluation for Concrete Beam Bridge", one of the projects belonging to West Transport Construction Program of Ministry of Communication, based on the structural characteristics of concrete beam bridge and probability theory, start with crack and deflection which influence the serviceability limit state of concrete beam bridge, the reliability of serviceability limit states for structural members of concrete beam bridge is researched and a standard for evaluation is established. The main contents in this thesis are as follows:1. Based on the conclusion and analysis of the codes and standards of evaluate serviceability limit states for bridges and buildings and the existing evaluate methods of serviceability limit states for bridges and the computational methods of serviceability limit states based on the probability theory, the principle and the method which are meet the requirement of engineering precision for probability evaluation of serviceability limit states for concrete beam bridge are established.2. Based on the requirement of checking for serviceability limit states of Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Priestessed Concrete Bridges (JTJ D62-2004), take the concrete flexural members as object of study, considered the force and effect as the random variables, use "First-order Second-moment Method" based on probability theory, the equation of limit states of crake and deflection is set up and then the formula about reliable index of crake and deflection is got. From analyzing of the factors effect reliable index, this paper analyses the influence degree in order to set up a evaluate standard.3. Analysis of the reliable index and the codes and standard, this paper make a standard for evaluation of serviceability limit states for structural members of concrete beam bridge. The standard is based on the reliable index and provided basis for probability evaluation of structural members of concrete beam bridge.
