Because continuous rigid frame bridge had many advantages,such as construction costing less than other bridge,stressing definitely,comfortable traveling,application range wide, construction technical maturity and maintenance work less, this bridge style had been widely used in the world,especially in china for recent thirty years. The most method that used in PC continuous rigid frame bridge construction was a cantilever construction method of pouring. During the cantilever construction of the PC concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, the beam axis shape of formed blocks can not be regulated during the next constructions,and parts of the continuous rigid frame bridge has been more downward displacementthe in the middle of the bredige. For the construction of the bridge is all right and the beam axis shape is exactitude for design, and internal force of the beam is appeased by design request, we have to work about bridge construction control during the bridge construction.This paper takes the bridge of Keqike Subutai as the actual engineering background, relying on its construction monitoring and control of projects. By making use of the software of BSAS ,this paper analysises the bridge structures and makes a study about the process of bridge construction .Because the bridge of Keqike Bridge was located in Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, the difference in temperature of a year and from day to night in Xin Jiang is large, making more obvious temperature stress. There are many difficulties during the construction, for example, complicated uncertain factors, a longer construction period and numerous processes, these made the construction is very difficult. basede on the characteristics of the project,the major research paper is as follows:(1) Based on the software BSAS, applications for the construction process simulation analysis of the brdige,caculated main beam in all stages (that is, concrete pouring stage, the pre-stage pull forward stage and cradle stage) and the measured deflection of theoretical calculations of the value of comparative analysis, summarizing a main beam deflection deformation law.(2) According to the monitoring of structural parameters of the real value of the construction phase, to determine each segment of the hanging pouring elevation model legislation, and in the construction process in accordance with the results of monitoring the construction of error analysis, forecast and the next section of the legislation die elevation adjustments, and so to make the bridge alignment meet the designing requirements.(3) Based on the stress data that measurements at the scene ,compared the measured values and theoretical values stress on the main beam of the bridge,in order to determine the internal forces of a state of full-bridge for the construction of the control of stress.(4) The thermal stress is more crucial for the bridge in alpine region,this paper caculated the thermal stress and the effect on deflection,gave some advice to eliminate the thermal stressand better services for the bridge.
