Along with the development of the civil telescope, varieties of multifunction and high quality products have been put into the market with these features, coined Big Magnifier Telescope (SW25~x40~x I) has been developed and delivered, whose component perpendicular-angle prism has the better property of big dimensions and high specifications, compared with the conventional prism of binoculars.The object of this thesis is that focuses on the 45°perpendicular-angle prism and improves its high efficiency producing process. This thesis starts from the discussion of producing out value, analyzes the surface structure on each procedure carefully, then make conclusions on mate relations between each producing cut value. The thesis introduces the theory of high efficiency producing, on perpendicular-angle prism and details all the processes of each procedure. And emphasize on the analysis of the key procedures which effect system accuracy. Especially discusses how to control Newton Ring Value and local aperture and master the mate relation of surface in high efficiency polishing procedure and high speed polishing .The thesis deliver a useful solution on those default in producing, at the end calculate the technical parameters between each procedure.As well, the thesis introduces or calculates the theory of plane forming in accuracy polishing process, the control on Newton Ring Value in polishing procedure and the analysis on clipping model angle tolerance. At the end the useful and reliable results has been get, and these data has already been proved, in practice.Joining with practical produce, we get good achievements by exploring and researching. This product has been produced in batch and met the requirements of market.
